Today I am posting my personal statement here. "Deportations to the most dangerous country in the world, Afghanistan, are neither humanly nor legally justifiable.
NOTHING has changed, deportations to Afghanistan will continue, young people, perfectly integrated, will continue to leave our country in a cruel way, in which they will once again flee within Europe, stand alone again somewhere on the street, have to start all over again and be retraumatised once more. A new determination of the country is promised, but when is written in the stars, and I hope it will be carried out by institutions and people who are not materially dependent on the state.
Afghanistan is a war country! But the repeatedly cited "Pulleffekt" is used as a pretext for not allowing those who are already here to rest. The fact that the future German chancellor is calling for refugees to be called migrants in the future and stresses that civilian sea rescue will increase the number of deaths is something I will not comment on, but it does not bode well. (Picture/De/Saturday evening)
Let us remain soft at heart, but consistent and hard in our struggle! Let's demand a stop to deportations to countries at war, like Afghanistan. I also hope for the support of all those who vehemently demanded this until 3 months ago. Heartfelt thanks!

We should show solidarity in this context - this applies not only to Austria but also to Germany. We are considering a complaint to the Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe. Reference Art. 3 ECHR and Art. 2 GG

Thank you for your FB request, let's stay in touch about this. A renowned expert in our country said that this would only be possible with a lawsuit by an affected person.
All the best, Doro

Thank you!
We see it the same way!
That is why we must now urgently demand the country declaration/Afghanistan mentioned in the new government programme.
We ask for solidarity here as well.
Kind regards Doro
