Barbed Wire Asylum Center Drasenhofen

Sometimes you just have to be able to expect things.
Today is a day of satisfaction.

"In order to restrict a person's freedom, there needs to be a legal basis and a corresponding reason. In Drasenhofen neither the one nor the other was present. The internment of the youths was therefore illegal," says lawyer Clemens Lahner, who represented the complainant.

LR Waldhäusl can't let it go!
Instead of recognising the rule of law, he is once again questioning the independence of the judiciary.

The question I ask myself:
"What consequences does this have for a politician who illegally imprisons people?
Does he continue to exercise his office, obviously also without understanding?"

It has obviously become part of everyday life in our country that politicians do whatever and however they want in their work, which is paid for by us and is supposed to be bound by the rule of law.
