6 April 2018, Interview "Humanitarian Right to Stay

A. Jan writes from Afghanistan

That day I asked Doro to go to BFA, St.pölten so that she could help me as a confidant.
We met and she cooked for me although she had a long journey from Graz.
I fell asleep that night with a lot of hope and desire.
I was very sure that I would get a happy answer tomorrow.
In the morning at 8:30 we were in St.pölten and there sat my dear headmistress to confirm that I deserved to stay.
Unfortunately they did not allow my headmistress to attend the interview.
She spoke briefly about me and left.
The interview was very good, I handed over all the documents and Doro smiled at me even the BFA officer said to the interpreter I don't think we need you anymore today because the employee knows excellent German.
Five minutes before the end of the interview the police was in front of the office.
And they arrested me in detention pending deportation!
I never knew I was in Austria illegally because they sent me an invitation and it was not fairness and justice to arrest me like that.
Now 3 months have passed and I still haven't received any notification.

Grief/Despair/Disappointment

They still love to hurt me
They like to destroy human life
It takes three months to verify a simple contract when they have valid documents of my integration.
Maybe they want to show me their weakness, their fear, me who came to their country as a refugee and can prove that he is working hard, learning and they want to force me to forget my right what do you think Doro they want to show me or their power over human lives?
I hope they will answer me sooner or later, they will always be reminded because you Doro jan and your friends will not let them have peace until injustice becomes right.

  1. Dear Jan, like you, many people are suffering from this blatant injustice and would rather bring you back to us today than tomorrow. It is so difficult to watch how long it takes until something finally happens and people are found who are willing and have the courage to bring about a change. But be confident that love and strength know no limits and we send them to you every day. Be strong and hang in there! See you around!

Dear Susanne! Thank you for always taking part, for showing so much commitment with your dear husband Rudi for people on the run and for your thoughts that flow to our strong friend in Afghanistan, with love, Doro.

  2. Dear Jan, it hurts to read this. This deceit, this underhandedness.
I hope and wish that you will receive justice. Do not lose heart. Many people are thinking of you.
    All the best ❤️
