Unbelievable!
BvWg is under fire. We know very well that the judges of the BvWg work extremely correctly. We also know that some BfA employees question unprofessionally and emotionally. I personally have been there often enough. There is a lot of documentation about this.
Statements by officials "liag ned", "all Afghans lie", "Afghans are only economic refugees anyway", "their brother is dead, they can hide in Mazar" have nothing to do with official, unbiased questioning.
It is understandable to me that such incidents must be legally revised and a correct procedure carried out.
Do they now want to discredit an independent, Austrian, correctly working court in order to impose political will?

Perhaps the Kurier could also shed light on the other side: the BFA employees who shred out their "carefully researched" negative decisions after less than two weeks.... who still hears positive first-instance decisions for Afghans today? And the BFA finally has the possibility of an official appeal!
